27. A sports federation or unaffiliated sports body must have its safety regulations approved by the Minister.
The Minister shall approve the safety regulations, with or without amendment.
The Minister may, if the Minister considers it necessary, order a sports federation or an unaffiliated sports body to amend, within the time the Minister fixes, all or part of its safety regulations.
If the federation or body fails to amend its regulations within the time fixed by the Minister, the latter may amend in its place the necessary provisions.
Every application for approval or amendment shall be transmitted within the time, in the form and according to the terms and conditions prescribed by regulation of the Minister.

The board may order a sports federation or an unaffiliated sports body to amend, within the time it fixes, all or part of its safety regulations where after their approval by the board, the regulations or any provision thereof prove ineffective to ensure public safety in the practice of sports.
